We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow into a top-performing in-home sales professional. Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations from company-provided leads
Collaborate with a designated estimating team that will measure and quote home improvement services
Learn and follow a structured sales process
Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline and follow-ups
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
Attend weekly sales meetings for coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

2+ years of home improvement commissioned sales experience
Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
Motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, iPads, and smartphones
Must be able to travel to in-home appointments and attend meetings at the Newton office
Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits

Strong candidates can realistically expect to earn $175,000+ in their first year
Base salary: $50,000
Compensation goal: ~7% of total sales
