Location: Newton, MA (In-Home / Outside Sales)

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow into a top-performing in-home sales professional. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations from company-provided leads
  • Measure and quote home improvement services with support from designers and estimators
  • Learn and follow a structured sales process
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups
  • Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend weekly sales meetings for coaching and mentorship


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home commissioned sales experience
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
  • Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, iPads, and smartphones
  • Must be able to travel to in-home appointments and attend meetings at the Newton office
  • Valid driver's license


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 with potential to earn $175,000+
  • Compensation goal: ~7% of total sales
  • One-on-one coaching and development plan
  • Clear growth path to Senior Project Consultant
