Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations from company-provided leads
- Measure and quote home improvement services with support from designers and estimators
- Learn and follow a structured sales process
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct job site visits to ensure satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales meetings for coaching and mentorship
Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home commissioned sales experience
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
- Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, iPads, and smartphones
- Must be able to travel to in-home appointments and attend meetings at the Newton office
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 with potential to earn $175,000+
- Compensation goal: ~7% of total sales
